Jono & Jen

My first encounter with Jen was a call from her many months ago as a referral from a good friend of mine. Jen and Jono were visiting from the UK and were planning their wedding but were leaving before we could actually meet... Which means - I actually only MET Jen the week of her wedding!!! So... after sending many (seemingly stalkerish) emails - we finally got to meet, and well, I pretty much talked her and her mums ear off that first day! ha! (Oops!) I only got to meet Jono on the morning of the wedding - and he is just as wonderful as his gorgeous bride!

The day itself was a gorgeous spring day, and Jono and Jen chose to hold the wedding at Jen's parents Beaudesert homestead. They were wed under a huge tree in mum and dads front garden with friends and loved ones from near and far. The event was black tie and everyone looked absolutely fabulous - between the tuxedo's and the London accents from the travelling guests I have to admit it felt very fancy shmancy! I loved it!!

With seemingly endless wheat fields, and paddocks of long dry grass - the location was simply perfect. And the reception was just as beautiful - complete with the most epic first dance ever! Jen and Jono's friends and family gave such endearing speeches that I am completely on the bandwagon of trying to convince them to leave the UK and move back to Australia!

Jen and Jono, you guys are absolutely wonderful. I am seriously sad you live so far away! I can only hope that our paths cross again one day! May your lives (no matter where they are based) be blessed and filled with joy and love and may 'happily ever after' truly belong to you. Much much love xx
